Shipping Policy

  • US Shipping: $5 flat rate via USPS Standard 3 Day
  • International Shipping: Calculated by package size and weight. Shipping is USPS standard.
  • Orders ship within 48 hours of being placed

Return Policy

We want you to love your experience with A Celestial Vibe. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Undamaged Items

Every stone and hand-crafted item we offer is unique. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within seven days for a refund. Please contact us within three days of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Use original packaging or similar protective materials.

Returns must be received within seven days of delivery. All sales are final after seven days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We pack your treasures with care, but accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately.

  • Report Time: Contact us within three days of delivery.
  • Photos Required: Include pictures of the damaged item, packaging, and any damage to the shipping box.
  • Contact Info: Include your order number and the name used to place the order.

Damaged items must be reported within three days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods (soaps, beauty products), candles, oils, aromatherapy, incense, smoke cleansing products, and gift cards.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return in undamaged condition, we will process your refund using your original payment method. Refund notifications will be sent to the email used for the original purchase. It may take several days for your bank to process the refund.
